I was amazed with the service from these guys. My drone was damaged following one of the propellers coming off. It was returned by DPD drop off service which worked exceptionally. The drone arrived next day at their offices.
The guys at Doctor drone, provided me with a repair cost for premium turn around and standard. The drone was repaired the same day.
I was surprised when the he drone even arrived in their offices today let alone was fixed too.

What a fantastic service. Within hours of receiving my drone, I had been given a quote for the work that needed to be done. I accepted this (which was very fairly priced), and by the end of the day I had a message saying that my drone was repaired, tested, and shipped back to me with next day delivery.
Incredibly fast turnaround, great customer service with regular updates, and the work done was very professional.
I highly recommend drone doctor if you are needing any DJI repairs, and should the occasion present itself again I shall not hesitate to use their services.

A really first class and professional service – if you’ve got a problem with a DJI drone in the UK this is unquestionably the place to get it sorted. The turnaround this time was extraordinarily fast. They are completely dependent on the availability of parts from DJI. However in the past when parts for the Mavic were simply unavailable, they did everything in their power to help and kept frustration to a minimum by keeping me informed throughout. Highly recommended.

More than impressed. Starting an aerial surveying business and sure I will need to avail myself of DroneDoc in the future! From sending off to receiving back I think was about 10 days which is not unreasonable at all given the complexity of the work involved, I’m sure a lot of sick drones there! Price, whilst eye-watering, was actually far less than I feared, replacement cameras are NOT cheap and these guys seem to do it pretty much cost price so no complaints there at all. Customer contact prompt and efficient, normally a same day reply to ticket messages so again kept well in the loop. All in all, fantastic customer experience and very professional service. Doubtlessly I will need them again in the future and more than happy to recommend them for a job well done!
Thank you for the professional advice you gave me. With the P3PRO still being under warranty you advised send back to DJI. I contacted LCE at Winchester who I bought it through and left it with them the same day I visited you. They returned it to DJI in Holland this week so now it is a waiting game of up to 6 weeks. Once again thank you for the advice and if I receive any feedback on the fault I will pass on to you.
Fantastic faultless service by Drone Doctor. I hadn’t needed a repair service for my Phantom 2 before, so wasn’t sure what was available, but then found Drone Doctor in Brighton. From day one they were very helpful. I dropped the drone off to their workshop and spoke to a staff member called Chris who did a quick check to see what needed fixing. He clearly knew what he was talking about. Throughout the repair time, he kept in contact via an online messaging service which was brilliant. Would highly recommend Drone Doctor.

A First class service! Drone Doctor UK replaced 2 ESCs on my 3DR IRIS+ after an unfortunate crash. I was back in the air within a matter of days without the hassle of having to DIY fix it or send off to 3DR directly. I highly recommend Drone Doctor UK.
When I flew into a tree (and spent 3 hours getting it down) I thought my Yuneec would be toast. But Drone Doctor sorted her out in no time and for a reasonable price.
