For some days, as detailed above, we’ll be answering email queries where possible, and responding to bookings made on our Book a Repair System.

Even when we’re closed, you’ll be able to book a repair online and download a postage label, and send your drone to us for repair. We’ll be receiving parcels safely even when the office is closed, but please be aware of potential delays when shipping parcels at this time of year. The combination of Royal Mail strikes, combined with other courier services such as DPD not being able to handle the extra load is causing a number of delays.

When we’re closed, you won’t be able to call us or drop/collect your item to us in person
