Trained and certified in the DJI factory in Shenzhen, China we are DJI’s Recommended Service Centre in the UK (as you can see on DJI.com). We’ve been recognised for our high standards and passion for engineering. When you send us your drone or camera gimbal for repair, you can rest assured that it will be looked after by our team whilst we get it fixed up and ready to go for you.

How does it work?
Simply make a booking through our website and send your aircraft to us. Our engineers will test and diagnose the problem, and then contact you with a quotation for the repair. Once you give us the go ahead, the engineer will make the repair, test fly your aircraft, and then return it to you with a guarantee on the work.
What should I send?
For Phantoms & Inspires : We require your Quadcopter (inc camera), Controller & Battery Only. We don’t require Props, SD Cards, Battery Charger, Micro USB Cable etc, Please don’t send these
For all other items, please send us the complete kit
If you are sending your item from ocerseas please do not include your battery due to shipping restrictions
How long does it take?
We aim to have your quadcopter diagnosed, the repair costed, repaired and back to you within 10-15 working days.
Of course this will depend on parts availability and the speed of responding to the quote and paying the fee.

Do you test fly before sending my drone back?
Yes. Every multicopter is fully flight tested before it is carefully packed up and returned to you.
Which Drones do you repair?
We are adding to the list of drones and gimbals that we repair all the time. The current list of drones and gimbals includes:
- DJI Phantom 1, FC40, 2, 2 Vision Plus, 3 Standard, Advanced and Professional, Phantom 4 (Some limitations on the older Phantoms due to parts availability from DJI).

Shipping from Channel Islands or outside the EU? – Please contact us prior to shipping due to customs regulations.
Please do not send your battery from overseas. We can’t return batteries via courier due to courier restrictions.
We reserve the right to dispose of your item if we do not receive payment/contact for three months. We will endeavour to notify you before such an action is taken
